~$380 every 6 months with american family. Have another car and house with them. Full coverage with $500 deductibles. Suburb of chicago.

Too many factors go into determine premium rate to draw any effective conclusion. If you're younger you will pay more.. Much more. About the only way this car may be cost effective for such a driver is with liability only coverage. Be prepared to get reamed until you're at least 25.

I never heard anyone paying $60 a month unless you have a few cars and a house insured with the same company.
Yeah, I've got house and two other cars bundled in there. Plus various discounts. I was genuinely shocked (so was my agent) when the rate came back. I was budgeting for TWICE as much when I was G shopping.

I just renewed my Auto Policy with AAA. $1717 for the year a 2009 G37 Sedan and 2007 Scion TC. I have Full coverage on both cars with 100K/300K/100K Property and Bodily Injury and a $500 Deductible for collision and $100 Deductible for Comprehensive. I am currently getting Professional Group discount, Homeowners Discount, Multi Car Discount, Good Driver Discount, Anti Theft Discount, Garaged Discount, and my wife is on the policy too. In addition with AAA you get a Policy Holder Dividend discount every year you are insured with them. I am 36 years old and she is 34. We have no accidents or moving violations. My homeowner's policy is separate. I forgot to say we live in Los Angeles County in Southern California. Last year I had an accident on record which stays for 3 years and my auto policy was $2270 with AAA. I've shopped around with different Insurance Agencies and they can't match my current rates. Insurance will vary from state to state and they will look at many variables that determines your rates.

I live in Riverside. CA (SoCal) paying $63.00 full coverage a month for 2011 G37S coupe. It is from AllState and we also pay for a 2005 Element 4wd and our home.
Looking at Esurance (also AllState), we think it could go lower. Any suggestion would be welcome.

Miami in general has highest rates than any other city in FL. $333 for 2 cars sounds crazy even with those accidents even in Miami Garden.
Did you shop around to see if you can get lower rate with other company? Progressive is actually not that great.

And when it comes to Miami Gardens PD I read about that accusation in 2013. They seem pretty extreme there.

I will be moving to Hobe Sound or Jupiter.

Price shouldn't be the only consideration in buying car insurance. Consumer Reports rates car insurance companies by service and how they pay claims. What's the point of cheap insurance if they give you a hard time paying claims or use cheaper aftermarket parts.
USAA is rated best and Amica is number two. Many years ago I had Allstate when my car was stolen and wrecked. They payed the claim and then cancelled my policy, claiming I was accident prone.

No accidents, my man. Two tickets in one stop. Illegal U-turn and then accelerated away to quickly for the cops liking. It was extreme even if I was in the wrong. Anyhow, I figure that my age has something to do with it. My Elantra is in Durham, N.C. so the coverage for some reason is more than the G.... I'll be shopping around at the end of this 6 month interval. Maybe State Farm will give me a better deal. Jupiter has some great surfing. I hit that beach next to the inlet as much as I can.

My experience with USAA was terrible. My neighbor backed over the hood and fender of my car with her jeep.

First was when they called me to determine fault. I had to repeatedly tell them my car was parked and I wasnt present for the accident.

When it came to the actual claim, they insisted on using non oem replacement parts. I worked my way up several layers of supervisors, no luck.

I ended up not getting the rental car, driving my second car, and using the rental money to pay out of pocket for oem parts.

Fuc* USAA

$170 a month. I'm only 20 and have had my license since 16.. I believe once I hit 21 the insurance will go down? Not 100% sure. I also have multiple discounts on my vehicle because of how many vehicles my parents have insured with State Farm.

Full coverage - $500 Deductible

Your insurance is under your parents policy, no doubt. Is $170/month what you pay them?
