I have Mishimoto post MAF tubes, aFe drop ins, Berk HFC, Tanabe Axle Back... I need:
Wheels, FSTB, Window Tinting, Sway Bars, Springs or coilovers, gears (3.69), tune... and NOS!
My car came with 17's unfortunately...

If I had to order those mods in a list it would go like this
1. Window tint
2.Springs/Coils
3. Wheels
4. Sway bars
5. FSTB
6. Tune
Tint for me is a must so I always get that done asap. Then id do springs before the wheels cause sometimes if you go with larger diameter rims without a drop, it can look a bit odd.

Tint
Fstb
Sways/springs
Wheels
Gears
Tune
Coilovers
Nos
Retune
Sways are a direct bolt-on pair of awesome. This is #1.
FSTB is a no-brainer, DIY in about 20 minutes.
Wheels and Springs/CO's (and tires) should happen at the same time, otherwise it's probably going to look really silly. Collectively, that's a lot of money. Far, far more than sways and a tower brace.
NOS? Srsly?

Considering I see lots of performance mods (about 2:1), clearly performance matters. Therefore, I would start with the springs or coilovers (if budget doesn't matter, do adjustable coilovers). After you do that, then look at wheels. At that time, you want to do a camber kit as well.
Now you need to move to the sway bars. Once you do that, then you are ready for your throttle body and tune.
Because it's fall, and there is less daylight hours and cooler temps, the need for tint diminishes. There's a good chance you will be going to work and coming home in the dark. Save the tint for spring.
