Love my dealers customer service

So took my car in for a laundry list of issues yesterday. They are taking care of everything under warranty and even going above and beyond to try a fix that isn't even a tsb. Here is what they found and are fixing. Center console and doors rattle (both fixed and interior is completely quiet) my oem mufflers are rattling so they ordered a new exhaust for it, both front cv joints are being replaced as they are spewing grease all over, updated the transmission software so the car drives as it should. Now I've been having an issue with it stalling on startup and mentioned dirty throttle bodies, they said well it's not an issue we've seen but if you think it's the throttle bodies let's order some new ones and see if it fixes the issue. Have to say I'm starting to love my car more and their customer service is better than my Lexus experience which was hard to beat. They then tried to convince me that I need to get a stillen supercharger haha.

Since you had such a good experience with dealership service, which is in stark contrast to most dealership experiences shared, why don't you mention which dealership and where it is?

I'm on my fifth Infiniti and second dealership in SoCal and have had nothing but good experiences. My Q60 S came from OC Infiniti.

Circle Infiniti. West Long Branch, New Jersey

Best dealership I've ever dealt with.

My 2 1/2 year old grandson agrees also.

We left with a couple of bottles of water, a muffin, some cookies, and the cabin filters that I went there for.

Love my dealer too. Field's Infiniti in Glencoe, Illinois. Service people are great, and they have a cafe. You can get a free salad/sammich/soup/ice cream. Everything but the ice cream is all made to order.

Almost bought a car from them, but I ended up picking mine from Lexus of Orland because fields didn't have any xS sedans at the time, Lexus of Orland was great to deal with as well and made me confident buying a car without ever seeing it.

I agree! I visited Infiniti of Palm Beach on Okeechobee Blvd while in Florida last December and they suck.
I forgot to bring my air filters that I wanted to change after the drive down.
They overcharged me for the two air filters. I showed them the receipt for the filters that I had left home and they refused to match the price of Circle Infiniti.
They told me there was a price increase.
Later found out that was total BS
Dealers can mark up prices however they wish which is why some Infiniti owners have good experiences with dealers and others do not.

I would never go back to Infiniti of Palm Beach

I wish I could recommend Grubbs Infiniti in Euless, TX - but I cannot...

Later this year, they will be moving to Grapevine - at which time that new dealership will be the largest in the country. Hopefully things get better with the move...

I purchased all my mods from them. They were fantastic to deal with and had insane prices. I also have never been to their dealership or taken my car in for service so it could suck on that end.

I've had pretty good experiences with Lauderdale Infiniti. They are always quick and accomodating to my schedule and need for "perfection". They offered a Q60 loaner to me last time I was in and the scheduled maintenance was only due to take an hour and a half!

I'll have to remember that the next time I'm in Florida

Thanks for the recommendation. I would not have thought to look northeast to find a dealer to drain/refill my transmission (was mulling between the nearby Hoffman Infiniti or Berman's in Orland.

Your post got me motivated to research what was said by others on Yelp. Learned my local dealership (Hoffman) has had bad service reviews (accusations of incompetence and trying to up charge service). I liked that someone at Glencoe has been responding to reviews on Yelp also (similar to how vendors do here).
