if you filter their inventory by clean carfax, there are not many.
i could only find two G37 sedans in my catagory (2012) and one coupe
this one had no accident and one owner.

I don't know about you, but from the pictures it looks like it might've been involved in a rear end accident.

Many accidents don't get reported on CarFax or Autocheck, and it requires a trained eye to see.

The pictures make it look like the rear bumper has been recently repainted. It looks much glossier than the front bumper and catches much more reflections, indicative of a different clear coat or too much of it. (Or new lacquer compared to the other panels.)

I honestly don't believe that they can price cars this low unless there is something wrong. If the price seems too good to be true, it most likely is.

Another indication why I think the rear bumper has been repainted/fixed is because if you look at the exhaust pipes in the picture, they aren't aligned the same on both sides. The left exhaust pipe is hanging slightly lower than the right. Also, the right rear taillight doesn't sit flush with the trunk's light. The left side looks fine, but the right side looks a bit off. The pictures shown aren't very detailed, so I can't tell.

Again, I'm pretty picky when it comes to cars. When I got my car used, the front left fender was repainted, but there was no accident reported in CarFax or Autocheck.

I will take clearer pictures today and post here. I didn't really see any defects.

It was a fleet vehicle, i.e. rental car likely. That should be red flag alone.

OP, hope it works out for you man, maybe you could turn this one back in?

I don't think they will allow me to turn it back now because I already had it changed from a coupe.
This car was leased for personal use as the carfax say. again, i will have it checked and if there is an issue, i will try to resale and see how it goes lol.
But apparently I really like this car, Nothing wrong that i could find.

I'm going to ask...if your car has already 39k miles in less than two years, it is most likely NOT leased for personal use. Very few people do not drive that much per year in their cars unless they live very far from their work. The average driver only drives 12,000-15,000 miles a year.

I would guess the car is only a year and a half old, which means the person must have driven it more than 2150 miles a month. Adding the time it had to go through for the auction and selling it from the dealer, it would have only increased the amount of miles the previous owner did per month. If it was leased, then the owner must've paid a LOT of money because leasing a car and having been driven that many miles would've taken a huge hit in their wallets and not financially advisable. For that many miles driven, it was better to purchase the car and not lease it.

It could be a personally owned vehicle, but usually high mileage cars are from fleet/lease. Also, I noticed on the CarFax there was no indication of any services performed on the vehicle. You should get it checked out by a mechanic to see if proper maintenance has been done.

they have a weird way of filtering it.
on the main site offleaseonly home page, look at the top right corner. there is a search field says "Keyword search". In that field, enter " Clean Carfax ".
it will show you an inventory wide search and from there you can filter -> location -> brand -> model. you will see a fairly narrowed down list.
in G37 sedan, i only see 4 cars.

here is the link of what I see ----> Filtered

now all four are clean cars.

I test drove this 2nd brownish car, it wasnt as good as the one i bought.
mine is cleaner but was at same price.

I will get my Vin# and contact customer service for service records on this car. My windscreen has a sticker from some TX inifiniti dealer, saying next oil change is due at 423xx and there is a phone number below it.
i will try that number with VIN.

Okay, that's a good idea. If you absolutely want to be sure, you can even have the dealer do a full checkup of the car for any damage that has been repaired.

Mine is fine! Wonder what the previous owner did to your vehicle?

Good luck

Alright, just came back from the infiniti dealership. They ran a report of my previous maintenance and found that this car complied all the maintenance requirements, except throttle body cleaning at 30k miles. All the previous oil changes were done at a Houston dealer in periodic manner. Records showed that before the car was auctioned it had a 100 point pre-delivery inspection done. I asked my home dealer to do the same inspection because I wanted to be 100% sure that car was never in any accident.
I also asked them to install the latest transmission software as per TSB and check my driving seat bubble along with a little rough idle vibration. I also told them about my road noise issue while on highway.
My home dealer checked the transmission software and said that my car has latest software. they reprogrammed my ECU \ engine management system for rough idle and they ordered new seat cushion.
Inspected my tires \ wheels and reported that newly installed tires have agressive threading which is causing noise.
Everything, including 100 point inspection and 28 point tire system inspection, got covered under warranty at no cost and they didn't find any damage \ structural repairs done to my car. The new seat cushion will arrive in a week and ecu reprogram fixed my tiny vibration problem at idle (my rpm would tend to hover around 500-600 mark, hence causing small vibration).
walked out very happy and satisfied. you guys pointed out some really valid points which caused my attention. Thanks for making me satisfied!

I'm interested in them ordering you a new seat cushion. Is it just the perforated part? Or does it include the side bolsters on the bottom too?

I'm getting a little bitty bubble, but I might push replacing it if it gets me new leather bottom side bolsters since that's where my leather is creasing.
