Are there any significant changes or measures in reliability with these two years? I'm looking into purchasing a CPO 2010 vs a low mileage 2011 sedan in the range of $25k. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.
There are no significant changes between these two years. The only reason I would have purchased a 2011 myself, is to get a G37x in Malbec Black - which is the color I initially wanted.
Other than that, interior, exterior and drivetrain remains the same.

In addition to adding Malbec Black, (and Graphite Shadow, yes?), didn't they drop Lakeshore Slate in 2011?

I believe you are correct on the lakeshore slate being dropped - that was the first color I was interested in.
As for Graphite Shadow, that is the color I have on my 2010 so that didn't change. I know they have some new gray color out, I just couldn't remember what the salesperson at the dealership told me it was called...
I remember somebody mention Infiniti started using a different paint(supposedly better) starting 2011.
I also seem to remember Infiniti reintroducing their "scratch shield" paint in 2011. I'm not sure of the exact model years that have or don't have it, though a simple search of the forums should turn it up because I'm pretty sure there was a discussion about it a while back.
