Meguire Wash and Wax Anywhere?
Meguire Wash and Wax Anywhere?
Can someone explain to me how this work? I'm afraid of scratching my car. Also I have a black car and have noticed a few scratch, some long, some short but nothing that is deep enough to feel, do you guys recommend I use the Meguire scratch x 2.0 or just leave it. Thanks You.

If you're afraid to scratch the paint, I would get into the habit of using the 2-bucket wash method w/ Grit Guards and get yourself some good wash mediums.
Youtube has some pretty good tutorials on how to wash your car and using a soap with high lubricity is recommended.
I would also recommend getting your hands on a pressure washer & a foam cannon. It's a good way start pre-soaking your vehicle before you do the 2 bucket wash method to lift of some dirt.
As for scratches, Get your hands on a DA polisher, pads, compounds and polishes and a good wax or sealant. It will make the job easier if you want to remove swirls & scratches and return some gloss back into your paint!

Scratch x, while not snake oil, does basically nothing compared to a polisher / pads system. I use a pc7424 - as do many others. Helps immensely on my BO. Im a big fan of adam's polishes, fwiw
