You're much braver than I am. If the car has a clean title, how is it missing all of this stuff?

clean title for my state, but i has a stolen, recovered title history from texas, someone stole headlights and rear taillights and bumper, someone took time and took the bumper off, could of insursance fraud or someone must of really wanted those parts, yea the s500 is a 2001 tho and the infinti is 2012, im just saying these new cars are getting cheaper made by the year.

Nothing wrong with rebuilt title cars.I bought my 09 journey with 27k miles on it couple months ago for $10,000. Flood car, only thing it needed was clock spring. 32k on it now and runs like a champ. Saved half the book value on it

Perhaps, but that's only so far as you would know. Remember, you're the guy who takes misplaced pride in never actually washing your car.

OP, there is always a larger context to consider when taking advice.
