What is this bolt?

Was test fitting my old rims on my 37S, back wheels fit np but front wheels keep hitting this dam bolt? WTF is that? Rims clear the BBK, just not this stupid bolt. Anyone else have this issue?

You have to remove it in order for your rims to fit.

I think it's an indexing bolt just to make sure you don't mix up your staggered wheels. No evidence of that, so don't quote me on it.

Yes .. it was to keep people from mixing the staggard sized front and rear wheels. You can remove it and keep it for later if you want.

While the wheels are off now would be a good time to use a wire brush and knock off all that rust.

^^3M makes a nice drill/dremel attachment that cleans the hubs nicely. I don't have the link handy, but got it from amazon last year.
