Sport front conversion!!!

3 stages of front conversion.

Stage 1 (original)

I had wrapped the middle part of the bumper in gloss black but felt it needed a change..

Stage 2 (sport front bumper)

I like the sport bumper but to me it still looks unfinished. Especially the bottom part of the bumper that tucks in.

Stage 3 (sport front lip)

Completion! I think the lip changes the whole feel of the front of the g.

Pics are not that good but i have to get around to taking better photos..

How do you guys like it?

Looks great. Did you do it yourself? Was it a simple conversion? What all did you have to do?

Did you shade the lense (correct term?) of your headlights, or did you pull them apart and paint the housing? I think they go well with your look.

Looks great! Only thing I'd change is (imo) unwrap the Infiniti insignia. I think the contrast with the black grille will look nice.

I would have to see it in person but I like the front without the addition of the lip. Also contrast color to get your emblem to stand out might be an idea?

over all nice work!

As I mentioned in your thread in "Show off your sedans"...

I would like to suggest to have the Mt. Fugi emblem painted Moonlight White to match the body. With it being all black, makes it a bit dark up front.

Ditto on the grille logo. It needs some contrast. If the chrome is too much for you, then go darker, but not full-on black.

Also, in your "show off your sedans" post, you asked about the side-sills; (i.e. skirts) The sport package sills are slightly more prominent than the non-sport. Go find a Sport G, park next to it and compare. Your local Infiniti dealership probably has one.

Honestly, the difference is so subtle, I don't know why Infiniti bothered. They should have done something more obvious... bigger, or with a little chrome inset.

I really like what you did w/ the lower black wrap in pic #1. I think doing the same on your current setup would look pretty nice, also agree about the white Mt. Fuji, would really stand out in a good way. Nice work throughout, good job!

Hey guys, thanks for all the comments and likes,

As far as white emblem; i used to have a white emblem and switched to all black because it gives it a much cleaner/meaner look.

So far i love the front of my car most . Used to be the rear hehe.

Heres another pic for you guys
