I can't seem to clear a "Maintenance Other" message. I can get to the menu where it says "Reset", but then I can't seem to clear or reset the message. It keeps popping up each time I start the car. Thanks if you can walk me thru the process.

 

is it on your nav screen or the message screen in your dash? The message on the dash requires a separate reset through the buttons on the side of your dash. Why Infiniti made 2 sets of reminders and 2 reset functions is beyond me.
