The interior is really nice.

But the car looks like a Volvo C70 and a Nissan maxima got drunk together one night and **** out this bastard child.



Yep....I'm pretty sure I hate everything about it except for the interior.

 

To me the non sport front looks better. The rear is a mess.
Hopefully they did not kill the steering feel like BMW did with the new 3.

I like the front end except for the Lexus pinched grill. I love the interior. I hate the back end, which reminds me of a Toyota Corolla. I'm assuming the bumper reflector insert is only for Asian and European markets...hopefully.

 

Overall I like it. The front fascia could have been done better. What I really wish is that it had at least a 360HP engine.

 

There are already numerous threads dedicated to discussing whether you love or hate the design of the new car. Justin was kind enough to provide a lot of actual photos for everyone to be able to see it up close. Simply thanking him for his effort would be nice.

 

OP is an Infiniti Salesman in Florida, so thar be reflectors on that there whale.

 

This is the first comparison test I've seen.
I'm actually interested to know which comparisons were made to the 328i and why his dealership felt BMW's bottom of the line 3 Series would hold up to one of Infiniti's top of the line Q50's?

Secondly, id like to know how BMW's 3 Series redesign looks 5 years old to him?
Lastly, as a salesmen how have you guys been instructed to respond to customers when they ask you if the same exact powertrain from the G37 is in the car? Do you have solid info on any tweaks/tunes made or does it just feel different.

Thanks for the pics, but it actually sounded more like a sales pitch than anything else. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but he's gonna get opinions on the car, be that right or wrong. This is actually the first Q picture thread that I've commented on even though I've seen others, and I hope that's ok since this is a public forum.

P.S. you're probably gonna need to put your patience hat on, since you're gonna get 50 more threads on how great/terrible the new design is. Those of us coming from driver went through this over the last redesign.

I'm just guessing, but probably because the 335i would or could come out on-top in that comparison. In simple terms, they were hedging their bet.


So are the headlights on the 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Seriously... the Elantra. It's kind of funny, but there it is.

Nope, car is awful in person Imo, it seems like it was designed for old people. Not digging it at all.
