Hey everyone!

I just purchased a 2013 G37xS in Aspen Pearl/black interior and after driving it for a week, I have to say I love this car!

I used to drive a 2008.5 Mazda3 GT which I recently sold. I was looking around at some used cars and ended up scoring a great deal on this one while looking at a used car.

I'm definately going to be modding it but it won't be all at once since I've made a promise I'm not going nuts with this car.

First thing will be tints, then some lighting mods. Definately want to de-badge the "infiniti" on the back end as well.

Going to be looking into suspension mods as well. As of right now I'm going to be looking into springs to get rid of the horrible gap. If there's one thing I don't like about the X is how high it sits. I'm going to have to do some research and figure out what suits me best. I like low but I don't want the ride to be all bouncy. I may just end up getting some coils but that would put me behind in the wheel fund lol.

Anyways enough with the novel, here's a couple amatuer shots of a stock car that you've all seen before

Great place to start, looks like a nice X you picked out and you'll really love the drive
Swift springs seem to be the way to go w/ the AWD, not too low and the ride comfort seems to remain closer to stock than most other setups.
Welcome to the site, there's too much info around here but you'll sort through it in no time

I also had a Mazda 3 (2004) prior to getting my G. It took a while to get used to having twice the power.

Welcome aboard M0nster

You'll love your time with the G but beware the mod bug. Hopefully you can control yourself because it is always addictive!

btw lots of local info and events in the Canadian section of the forum.

Aspen Pearl?

That made me google. Turns out Infiniti Canada calls their pearlescent white "Aspen Pearl", while it's "Moonlight White" down here in the States.

I wonder why they do that?

Thanks. I wouldn't hold your breath lol. I'm hoping to have everything (listed above, God knows what other mods ill start looking at) done but the wheels this year. Other priorities are keeping me from going too far too fast.

Thanks. I've been looking around the forums a bit and it seems alot of members really like these springs. I'm not going to jump to any conclusions yet. Thanks for the info there really is alot on here

I haven't really had the opportunity to see how fast it really is since i'm trying my best to keep within the break in process. So hard to resist.

I have a little bit of motivation to control myself. Trying to get together a down payment for a condo
I'll definitely have to check out the Canadian section.
