Let the dealer paint it. $300 is a fair price, and if you've issues, just keep bringing it back until they do it right. If ever there was a time to maximize the relationship in your favor between you and the dealership, now is that moment. Also, it's a 2-layer base and clearcoat, right? That's not so hard to match. It's the 3-layer paint that never matches properly.

You're going to be having it painted again in 3 years anyway, so might as well get ahead of the curve.
