Spray paint. Just rattle can from LOWES. Clean, degrease, dry.

Tape off the areas you don't want painted. That takes a lot of patience around the Fuji. Also, I put a coat of primer underneath.

If you're keeping the black area black, then afterwards go over the edges with a small model brush and some flat-black paint, to create a perfect(ish) line.

And if you're like me, you'll need your reading glasses for the details.

Also, a few months later I decided to paint it a second time, with better attention to details, and a color that has a little more pop:

Did you purchase the LED strip fog lights? Or Mod those yourself? They look awesome!!! Ive been thinking of getting some similar to those but with the strip going straight up and down vs at an angle.

Looks amazing!!! I like how you added the badges in the top left also!! Didn't think of that!! When you taped of the Fuji did you get any pull or did you let the paint dry first and then take the tape off?

Just a few days.

Yes. But masking the Fuji is difficult. Little pieces... take your time.

Thanks. The G37S badge was relocated here from the trunk.

Let the paint dry overnight.

Like I said earlier, touch up the problem areas with a very tiny brush, in both the new paint, and flat-black (assuming you leave the black area black.)

The alternative is to find a good paint shop who will do up the entire cover with a custom design and professional skills. Since that could cost hundreds, I opted for the Poor Man's Mod.

You can also just cut the plastic studs that hold the emblem on to the hood, paint it, then 3M tape it back.

Oracal window tint, in amber:

Probably a lot easier to swap bulbs, but then you don't get that amber look during the daylight, love it or hate it... whatever.

Probably a lot harder to install a HID Fog setup.

I was referring to the ones on the white Sedan toward the top or ANMVQ's sedan as well. I'm guessing those are pre-built housings.
