Thanks gang
Seems that pics are pretty scarce but found this one over at CZP, looks pretty nice, just a bit too upright.

Another spoiler that wasn't mentioned but looks pretty good is the Tommy Kaira. Definitely interested seeing what you're able to come up with and pretty cool having someone over here that played a role in the design of our beloved Gs

I was in same situation when did the spoiler with Carbonsignal in June. The one on Concept Z performance website is their V1. I have seen quiet a few cars here in Dubai running that one.

Recently they released V2 which is smaller, curve is different and best part was it goes in place of stock chrome finisher and the inside bezel which holds the camera and trunk opener has to be installed in side the spoiler. I posted some phone pics few days back but will be doing a proper shoot in next coming days.

Just for the info I moulded it with the trunk and moved the camera to the bumper. More pics here

^ +1. love my OEM lip spoiler. it is very understated and modest, in my opinion. the 07-08 G35S spoiler was less so. the OP has an interesting idea, but the R&D required will be tough to offset. at least we agree on that ugly chrome piece on base sedan trunks.

Isttango, your spoiler sounds like it's exactly what I'm looking for. If it can happen in a reasonable amount of time I'm totally on board. What are we talking about? 6 months? I'm on a 2 year lease so if ends up being much longer than that I'll have to go with the Tommy k.

Thanks everyone for your interest. I will keep all of you informed as the project progresses. Please keep the replies of interest going. The more interest I can convey, the better chance we have of getting this developed.

Nismo Greens, we hope to bring this to completion within your 6mo timeframe. If that changes, I will certainly let you know so that you can buy another spoiler in time to get use out of it with your two year lease.

Thanks everyone for your passion. I loved developing this car. The team I worked with at Nissan worked very hard to make this car the best it could be, and it is great to see this community taking the car that extra mile.

I'm interested in a new spoiler for my 09 sedan. My sedan has the OEM unit on it now but would change it out right now if a new spoiler could cover the area that this unit is on. I was never totally in love with the factory unit but was all I thought was available when the car was purchased. Thanks for keeping us up with its possible development.
