that's a matter of personal preference. it does change the sound. how much is the question. if you want a lot, then it's not for you. it you want a nice subtle deeper and louder tone, then it's a clean axleback. i've heard stillen and ark in person and IMO, it's a little loud for a sedan.

 

Haha you should have kept it anyways. Why did you get rid of the Top Speed exhaust?

 

ive actually had the tanabe before. it was my first exhaust before the stillen. i was happy with the looks and sound, so i am going back to it. did not keep the topspeed bc 1, i will not support them anymore, 2. not happy with how it looks

Anybody have issues with one muffler hanging lower than the other? My passenger side muffler hangs perfect but the driver side hangs about a 1/4- 1/2 inch lower. Anyone?

Were both your hangers the same distance from the mufflers. The one hanging lower probably has the hanger further away from the exhaust can and pressing it closer should even things up. If it's too much of a distance to make up with bending one side you might have to push one side down a 1/4" and the other side up a 1/4". Sorry to hear of your fitment issues, mine fit like a glove.

 

Wow, topspeed went and cheapened out on the tips, they look like ****.

 

It's a shame that top speed sent out their exhaust systems like this, I was suppose to be on the group buy but thank god I backed out because I was undecided still about this or the tanabe exhaust. For the members that got their exhaust like this should deff contact top speed about this, even tho the exhaust system was 360 dollars plus shipping they have no right to be sending out unfinished products like that. If I would have received my exhaust like that I would deff want a full refund , That's bad for business ! Shame on topspeed
