I don't think those are oem.

I think you can order them from Honda though.

 

In 2007 it was an option I believe. I have it on my 2010 G sedan and I love it.

 

OEM for 2007-2008.

 

2007-2012 trunk lids are all the same, so if you can find one it'll work on your 2012. The differences come up when you integrate the rear camera, but that wouldn't be the case w/ the spoiler in the top pic.
If you like the wing style here's one on Ebay painted factory colors for about $100 shipped, looks pretty similar to the spoiler in the OPs pic

Thats funny that you said you can order it from honda! I am not sure if these will look good w/ our cars. Its a hit and miss

 

It looks pretty good. But I would paint the chrome part of the trunk.
