Well the car has arrived! Delivery took a very long time but in the end I could not be happier! So far I have decided to tint her ASAP. Overall, the car has FAR exceeded my expectations.

Here's a pic!

Good for you, OP. How you liking those sport seats?

Now go toss those Alta Infiniti plate frames in the trash. Hope they didn't decal/badge your trunk, too.

Nah no decal, but they were actually really good to me so for the time being I'll let them have the advertising. I'm kinda loyal like that.

The sport seats are pretty comfortable. The added support really does feel nice, and the lumbar extender (whatever you call it) is a really awesome feature for someone as tall as me.

When i finally pull one of my 6 hours drives tho, I'll really be able to review them..

I really need to decide on a tint percentage though - is 35% all around a good or bad idea with obsidian black (had it on the fronts of my old car - also never was bothered by the cops)? Keep reading mixed reviews. Anyone have 30-35's on their car they can post pictures of?

The thigh extension in front of the sport seats? Yeah man, that really is a nice feature. Best for long trips, but every now and then I remember it's there and use it just because.

All sport buckets should have that feature.

Any chance you could post some pics? Also, which type did you go with?

And I just wanted to thank everyone for the warm welcome!

Sniper never posts pics of his car. You have to totally twist his arm.

Now I'm not going to post for the OP. He can blame you for it.

sniper, LOL

My rear doors and back window are tinted as well, but I don't know what percentage. They're pretty dark.

Of course, showing pics of two MW Sedans is kind of pointless for the OP with his black G. But it's fun.

Yeah, tell me about it. And in NY, that ain't legal. You can cover the rear window in thick black paint if you want, but not the sides. I think my only saving grace is that the front doors aren't tinted at all. Course, I've not yet been pulled over for anything, so I've not really put it to the test.

So there's a good on-topic comment for the OP: check the tint laws in your state before making a decision.

Hey Ian, here's something you can do for your G that won't cost more than $2 and a sense of humor:
