My Take on the STILLEN Intake/Exhaust Combo
Well after a few weeks of riding around with my STILLEN Gen 3 and cat-back exhaust, all can truly say my G is alive! When I first got both, I first bolted on the exhaust. It added more pick up, and a sweet growl which sounds like stock. When I step on it...here we go! The VQ really shines through. Next I installed the intake a week later so I could really see the effect of it. What do ya know...a smoother pull through the entire power band. What I really love about it is it further enhanced the performance sound of the exhaust. I can truely say it was money well spent, and I highly recommend this combo to other sedan riders out there!

Take it easy there big guy! I'm sure your set up sounds great but that mega power gain u r talkn about is all sound and mental! U might of picked up a realistic 7-9 wrhp total on that setup-its not a supercharger! Anway have fun with it and I'm sure it sounds great! Good luck

From the end-user perspective, how much material did you end up cutting out of the way for the Gen3? I have $$$ burning a hole in my pocket, and I'm itching to upgrade!
However, in all likelyhood I'll be going FI in the very, very near future... so the Gen3 would be out the door pretty quickly if that happens.

I cut most of the material on the side of the port closest to the engine, basically in line with the surrounding metal. The course sandpaper attachment on my dremel did the trick. The install wasn't that bad. There was just quite a bit to disassemble, and attention to detail when enlarging the holes for the pipes.
