I have an 2009 Infiniti G37 Sedan (non-Nav). I had a question regarding the bluetooth/phonebook system in it. I can pair my iPhone 4 with the car and make/receive calls. However, I do not see a download phonebook option in the settings.

So does the 2009 G37 non-nav system support downloading phonebook from iPhone 4. If yes, can a software update fix this for me?

 

none of the vehicle actually download the phonebook, it just temporarily stores the info, on the navigation models to have a phonebook in the vehicle you have to manually put them in, otherwise you just use handset phonebook. Have you tried using your voice commands to make a phonecall by name?
