It's winter here with temp at around -10 to 5C. Everytime when I drive the car cold, the center console area will make a drone noise under light acceleration at low speeds (15-25MPH). It seems that there is something loose underneath the shift lever area vibrating agaist something. If I let off the gas, the noise disappears. It does not happen at high speeds or when the car is warm. The car seems to drive just fine with or without the noise.

I'd like to know if anybody has similar issues. Thanks.

I think in my opinion it's due to expansion and contraction, due to the cold weather,, as u know because of the wood and metal pieces.. although it shouldn't happen.. so Infiniti should take care of this issue

 

i would WD40 all over & call it a day.
