Rear Spoiler

If I go with the OEM rear spoiler after I bought the car is it installed the same way the factory does it?….Any issues with the dealer doing it? Thx

All you have to do is un srew the chrome piece and install the spoiler in its place. Of course your going to have to take the underside carpet off to get to the nuts that hold the vanity piece

If you buy the oem one they come w/ installation templates, should be a simple Do-it Yourself if you have the drill guides. If you don't want to be the one drilling into your new baby the dealers install them for about $200.
Here's a thread that shows those spoilers and about the 3rd pic on page one you'll see that template I was talking about.

I just bought mine a few months ago are you talking about adding the IPL Spoiler? because the standard Chrome one is al ready there...well unless you buy the Black kit...I wanted that one though I took my Grill and my Spoiler to the local paint shop and they painted it for $100...it was cheap though the Dealer wanted $350 for both pieces! crazy! but if your adding the IPL Sopiler it comes with the new bolt pattern and just drill...lol But after Purchasing my IPL Spoiler I decided to have the Dealership install it just for the fact of warranty. I have the back up camera so I wanted it to be still covered if any one messed it up NAMELY ME! UGH!!! lol but they have other spoiler covers that are similar but doesn't look the same...If your in CA PARKWAY is cheap on installs and repairs! well the cheapest in the dealerships I found...
