1. Is there a difference between the G37x Sports Appearance vs. G37x with Sports, Premium, and Nav packages?
2. Are there any differences in the suspension?
3. Why is the Sports Apperance edition about $3k less?

Yes there is a difference. Both have the same non sport suspension. Sport appearance is just as it sounds, appearance items only - exterior aero package with the sport wheels. Does not include the interior features of the regular X sport - sport seats, paddle shifters.

The X sport does not have the additional features the RWD sport has;
Larger brakes
Sport tuned suspension
Sport steering ratio
Staggered wheels
