A good chunk of that 86# increase is probably due to adding soundproofing.

Does anyone have their fobs with the sort carabeener style clip with the infiniti word on it? My 2009 fobs had them, but my 2011 is just a key ring. I like the old style as I could attach it to my belt loop on my pants and not have to worry about it.

The 2011's key doesn't have it. It seems like they did some small cost reductions. I did also notice that the 2011's ride a bit smoother. But apparently they changed the steering assembly parts and now makes a clicking noise.

Did you notice the clicking noise right off the bat when you got the car, or was it over time? I wonder if there is a TSB for that?

Do you know if the Brembos are still on the 6MT or are they Infiniti brakes.

The Brembos were gone with the G35. Currently, the Sport versions of the G37 feature Infiniti's own sport brakes which outperform the old Brembos.

Are they Infiiti's own design? or are they rebranded Akebono brakes?

It was pretty much off the bat. Its more apparent when the car is warmed up. Although I did not notice it during the test drive.

I have not heard any clicking noises from my 11, only at 5K miles so far. That sucks.

The car being under 1k miles, I haven't really paid attention to it. I think I am going to stop listening to the iPod loud for a bit

I just took delivery of my New 2011 G37S today. It's has a whopping 80 miles on it. No clicking here... So far. Although I have only driven it straight home and put her in the garage.
