Usually while I'm at work crazy ideas pop into my head. Coming from the world of Honda's where parts are interchangeable between cars, I was wondering if anyone has tried putting the M37S/M56S front end on a G? I know I know, if you like that front end why not get that car. This is more curiosity because I plan on swapping to the G37S front end but if I can go with the other, I would prefer it. I don't want to buy the parts to test it out. Anybody who owns both have any input?
you would need to have the fenders as well thats for sure.
hood seems to look exactly the same.
I think its possible ... I wish the M37s would come 6mt Id rock one in a couple years lol
U could also go to the dealer to measure out some of the key lines on the M to see if they'll physically fit....then you'd want to consider bracket position and mounting points...but those can be made.
I would say no way. Look at the M's grill, it sits almost straight up and down while the G angles back. The shape of the headlights is different and I believe that the M is a wider vehicle so the M bumper would be to wide. I would start by going to a website that lists dimensions of both cars to start with. If they don't match then you're done.
I saw this older lady had to be in her 50-60
driving a M56 SPORT !! i wanted to cry same with a M5 once ... wtf ? lol
do they just go for the most expensive model ?
