Hell, I gotta worry about the whole town where I live, not just the schools. There are punks everywhere around here that get off and damaging hard-working peoples nice cars. I just have a town car (or at least a night town car) and the G for road trips & places where I can keep an eye on the car. Sucks having to worry about the scum in this world

lmao i was watching James Bond the other day and it showed a couple of bad guys trying to get into his bimmer and it was electrified, they couldnt even break the windshields lol. But yes, it would be pretty cool having a non lethal shock system.

A friend of mine in high school had this awesome alarm that would go off if you where 5 feet from his car. It came with a remote that showed him what side of the car you where near.....

yea I was searching up the type of alarm you were talking about, its called DEI508D. Its pretty much a sensor that detects large moving objects around your car, so when you get close enough its gonna trigger your alarm (viper, stock, oem, which ever it doesn't matter) However if i decide to get that, idk how its gonna affect the keyless entry system in my car. i hardly ever take my keys out of my pocket, i just go near it and push the button to open the doors.

I actually use my door buttons to activate(lock)/deactivate(unlock) the alarm more than I use the key fob or my android phone. Its just much more convenient since my keys are always in my pocket. Viper alarms are pretty well integrated into the factory setup.

I'm in the same situation I'm a freshmen in college and my school doesn't allow freshmen parking so I'm left leaving it in the street of a residential zone or a parking lot half a mile from campus. I never really know if my car is going to be there when i go to drive it.

I'm not even a criminal and I would be tempted to work that annoying car over with a baseball bat then haul ***.

Obviously this is not the best idea if you don't have spare cash laying around or you really want to have the G at school, we all know how that goes!!

I had beaters in the 90's when I was in college and driving a mustang and you would be amazed how easy it is to find a parking spot when you could care less who opened a door into your car!!

Both my kids drove beaters. I rode the city bus. No issues noted.
