$50K???

Assuming you are taking about the sedan since you are in the grocery-getter section; if you have minimal negotiating skills, you should be able to get a "S" sedan for well under $40K.

I used Zag/AMEX with a 90210 Zip and priced a 6MT "S" at $36,274 (Savings off MSRP: $4,821).

Even a 6MT "S" coupe is $39,174 (Savings off MSRP: $5,071).

Keep in mind theses are non-negotiated prices. You walk in and buy the car. If you can bargain then you may be able to get lower.

Now Canadians get screwed, their MSRP prices are outrageous especially with the Loony on par with the $USD.

I dunno man, what if someone wants to add a lip or something? There's not a whole lot out there for a non-sport bumper. I'm cool with the front bumper swap as long as there's no S rebadge.

I hate you guys by the way, I leave and everything starts happening in SD. Like everyone was waiting for the good summer weather or something. It's always like 80 degrees and sunny, even in December!

So this thread has been cracking me up.

But seriously, I have an 08 ‘G35xS’ and five characters on the trunk make it look like a freaking billboard. I was thinking of removing the ‘G35’ and leaving the ‘xS’, cause I like that it is an x and a sport edition.
I don’t want people to think I am trying to make it look like a G37(and wouldn’t effing dream of rebadging), but I am trying to make it look a little cleaner without a complete de-badging.

Lame or not?

Mine is a lease, the price was the same for my M that I traded in, I got it closer to 41k with TTL and shipping from the Chicago area. They didn't budge much cuz no one around here carries a rear wheel drive car and a manual at that! But I'm overall happy with it. It's a car that you see very often and like I said, there were 27 new ones according to Autotrader in the US at the end of June.

Hard to say, mine is a sedan, so that will have some doing with it. Plus I work at a car dealership (not Infiniti) but I knew what to do and how to play the game :P I ended up leasing it, since I could spend the same payments as an 08 coupe with a 6mt not loaded up as a brand new one. Well most coupes aren't fully loaded and are in the high 20s low 30s. Depending on the condition and options that will jump the price! I had an M that had every option possible, minus the extra $8,000 powered back seats and heated rear seats and I got it cheaper than other cars, I had it for 11 months and turned around and traded it for 2400 off of what I bought it for. But it was also one that was in immaculate condition, I got a steal of a deal on it originally and the options made it the only one in 700 miles like it!
