Wow, you have some project going there and you must be going through some serious cash. But the car is really coming together. Could you let us know how the Hotchkis sways feel, like did you notce a real improvement in the turns. I'll be getting them in a few weeks and just like to here the impressions of the sways from the members of the forum. Thanks and good luck with your modding.

The suspension mods I have done have had dramatic results. The GT Spec and Hotchkis really make you feel like you are in control of the car. Steering response is crisp, cornering much improved. I really noticed it during my road trip to grab the DPE wheels this morning, High speed lane changes and corning in turns is SO much better. I have the Hotchkis set to the middle setting in the rear BTW. I love them!

car looks great now...when you had on those cheap 18's the car looked horrible. Normally I'm not an advocate of blackening headlights, but with the style you have now, it NEEDS to be done.

The sport 19's did look good, but it was going in a direction I didn't like. I wanted more of an elegant, sophisticated sport sedan rather than a pure aggressive, tuner sports sedan. The 19's would have required I blacked out the chrome window trim for sure, and they didn't come with a lip on the rim. I wanted something with a lip, and some sort of metallic surface to transition the chrome of the grille, to the window trim, to the trunk spoiler and emblem.

It should also be noted that the sport 19's aren't great quality rims, and are QUITE heavy for their size.

I really like the look of the of the DPE's, they give me the perfect luxurious touch while keeping sporty design.

They need to be cleaned though

I agree. I am installing overlays this week. This should buy me some time until I move back home to AZ. Then I plan on tackling the headlight issue with a permanent paint job and lens swap.

The GTR overlays are finally installed. They look very good, and clean, and are a cheap and easy mod that is completely reversible. I will eventually paint the headlights, but until then this works just fine. Next up, front lip and splash guards will be installed!

6/10 GTR style headlight overlays installed today.

dislike the front overlays.... get it done right and just paint them...

Also, I'm not a fan of anything "GT-R" related on a G... =T just my opinion....

GT-R style simply means there are cut-outs for the headlights, and they are not a full overlay.
I understand painting the lights might look better, but there's no going back on that, and it's a complicated mod (can't do myself). It also runs close to $1,000 for the quotes I got so I'll stick with my $40 overlays
