Update: Finally got my wheels and tires installed after quite a mess with getting the wheels. Lets just say I think Sewell Infiniti is a shady business that will never get another cent from me and leave it at that. I attached a pic in case it might help anyone else who wants to see G37x sedan at stock height with 19 inch coupe wheels.

The installer totally scraped one of my wheels badly, so they didn't charge for the installation. Now I'll need to locate an alloy wheel repair person to fix it.

Thanks to everyone who helped me with this! And yes, I am thinking it will need a drop.

 

Here's my non X sedan on sport 19's with the Tanabe nf210 springs which lower the car 1 inch in front and 1.3 rear.
