Bought a G37 Sedan 2009 with 82,000KMs
I bought a G37 Sedan 2009 with 82,000kms for a very good deal. I'm not sure how the previous owner maintained it so I want to do the following to it.
Change water pump
Chang spark Plugs
Chang Alternator Belt
Chang A/C Belt
Change rear-differential Oil
Change brake Pads
Change brake Rotors
Bleed and change brake fluid
Change cabin filter
Flush and change automatic transmission oil
Flush and change engine coolant
Flush and change power-steering fluid
Although it seems a little extreme I want to do it because it'll give me peace of mind that my car is in good shape. Do you think I should do anything else?

don't bother with water pump and spark plugs unless you are having problems, but i highly doubt they need replacing.
the other fluids and filters (air, cabin) are a good idea to change out but that's likely all you need.
I think it's a bit extreme.
Fluid and filter flushes are fair being the history unknown, but to just replace water pump, belts, etc. without any problems or reason is just a waste. Check the brakes, check the belts, and leave the damn water pump.

As has been stated previously, you are going a little extreme. Replace the mandatory wear items first, and inspect the other items. There is no need to replace most of the things you mentioned, unless obvious exceptional wear is noted

I agree. 82,000 kms = 50,952 miles. No need spend money on things like replacing the water pump or spark plugs. Drive belt, AT fluid, PS fluid, rear diff oil, and engine coolant should all still be okay too, just inspect them.
