I highly recommend everyone who put in a preorder to cancel and get their refund asap. They have been beyond shady with everything, delays after delays, never came through with any of the promises they made.

Seems like they are back to their old bad business ethics.

 

Not that I'm interested anymore but this was posted a long long time ago.

 

I have spoken with Alex over the phone a month ago as well with PM's asked for a receipt for my pre-order and nothing!
I won't hesitate be on the next flight to Cali..... I will get my money.

 

folks - communication with Ark has stopped. I would not recommend ordering from them at all...Can someone in the SOCAL region help me track down Alex?
