Ok, really need your guys help
Here are my car's specs: 2009 G37S sedan. Here are the issues I've had:
-Battery kept failing within first year so it was replaced under warranty
-Back brakes were bad within first year so they were replaced under warranty
-New 2nd battery started failing and it was recently replaced with the M model battery and the vent valve issue was fixed
This brings me to now. Today, it took 4 attempts to start up my car. The engine would turn on and then shut off one second later. It finally stayed on the fourth try but the engine sounded weak as if my car had the engine of a Toyota Prius or hybrid in general. It did drive fine though. Ever since I got this new M battery and the vent valve was fixed, sometimes I would start my car and the engine would turn on fine but then slowly start fading like it was going to automatically shut off. But then somehow the car would push through and stay on. What is going here?? This does not feel like a battery issue anymore. I do feel some slight rumblings underneath my seat sometimes after I turn on my car. Like the car is struggling with something.

I haven't experienced this myself but I suggest reading this thread:

I think somewhere in the thread a member had the same issue as you. After cleaning his throttle bodies, the issue went away. Again, I'm not sure if this will fix your problem but it can't hurt to clean up the gunk in your TB.

It would be interesting to see what your voltage is before startup. Do you have a multi-meter to check? If the alternator is not charging the battery fully, this is what could be happening. Otherwise, I'd suspect the voltage regulator is faulty.
Try putting a load on the electrical system - turn on the lights, turn up the radio, turn on the heated seats, roll the windows up and down. If that causes more issues, then it sounds like your alternator isn't charging the battery.
Spoke to service dept at dealer. They said unless a warning or service light is on, there's not much they can do as far as running tests and finding what's wrong since the problem seems to be so sporadic. My next servicing is in 1,000 miles so they said they can check it out then. Does anyone have experience breaking out of a lease b/c of car troubles? Wonder if the dealership can help me swap a lease for a new, healthy Infiniti b/c this is getting annoying.

From that presentation:
VVEL controls intake amount through intake-valves of the combustion chamber, where conventional engines used throttle valves
Don't just get annoyed, take some action yourself. I wouldn't just take it to the dealer and expect them to disgnose everything. If you have a multimeter, you can check battery voltage yourself. It's not rocket science.
I agree and totally want to be proactive. My brother was successfully able to lemon law his IS350 and mentioned checking my car's computer log and seeing if it logged in the instances where the car failed to start or remain on after just being started. I spoke to the dealer about the car's computer log and they said it would not contain such information. Either way, I am very motivated to take action. I could be wrong, but this does not sound like a battery issue.
