Honestly, for what you described, it sounds normal. Getting off from the stoplights you're probably getting 7mpg, with some coasting involved until the next light, 10mpg isn't far off.

Right after I filled my tank, I reset my dash MPG and it showed 7.4mpg until I got to the freeway. 24 mile drive back home it evened out to a nice 22mpg. The local drive was 3 blocks, so yeah, 10 isn't far off.

And why is there a new MPG post every couple weeks or so. haha
