Clicking noise from front

Every morning I pull into my garage which is almost at a 40degree decline and as i go down with the brake pedal depressed as i turn my wheels right and come to a stop, i hear clicking noises almost like something's being rubbed. Not normal i presume. Any ideas or thoughts on what this could be before I send it in? Mind you DC traffic/road conditions have gotten much worse. Also I wonder if this is also related to my sloppy steering which now drives more like a Lexus than a G...its too lose and won't snap back all the way. Sigh....I have car troubles.
