Girl at work blasted the side of my car!

It was quitting time and we were all leaving. I saw it unfold right in front of me. I was maybe 75 feet away ugh. Co-worker backs out (she's parked in the cargo zone by shipping and receiving) not looking and gasses it, so I yell and run towards her, she didn't hear me of course, and bam takes out my right front fender, sratches up my door skin. The fender is pushed in so bad, the tire stopped her.....

She called her insurance last night and I'm waiting for the claims specialist to contact me.

Is my car unlucky or just cursed? Within 8 months of ownership I've gotten a speeding ticket, towed, and now an accident.

Pics since I know you will all ask....

Ouch man, sorry to see that. Even at work (and just at work for the most part) I park far away + take two spots (there are ton of spots to go around but I still take two anyway), you just never know.

That's why S&R is supposed to be no parking. Only trucks go in and out................ or so I thought.

brutal. some people don't belong behind the wheel. i guess this is what insurance is for, although she should pay out of pocket. maybe then she would actually be more careful while driving.

and yeah, i agree some other form of "compensation" is due from her, for your pain & suffering. hopefully she's not a subordinate...

Cursed? Nah. Speeding and towing are your fault, this isnt. My previous car was cursed. 3 hit and runs, and got rear ended twice!!

That's really not that bad. I can't tell if the door got damaged or not, but if it's just the fender, that's an easy replacement.

At least she didn't bend anything in the suspension from hitting your wheel. You're probably not cursed, this stuff happens
