Wipers on G37x....Annoying me!!!
Have you tried Rain X? No streaking cause I don't use my wipers at speed. When I first got the car it had the dealer treatment and my wife thought the car had some new technology wiping without wipers. ha ha
Had a bad driver-side blade right out of the gate when we bought our 2010. It missed a good swath across the middle. After inspecting the wiper carefully I noted that the rubber blade had partially pulled loose from the crimped metal at the center juncture point, thus causing the problem. Had it replaced and so far no problems.
I can't help but wonder if others are having this same issue? Check each end of the rubber blades where they meet the metal. If the rubber appears uneven or bulged at this point, as if partially pulled from the metal housing, that is your problem.

I've used RainX for many years, love it. Works as well on the G37 as it did on my '85 RX7 GSL-SE. But the first time I put it on the G, it was a real bear to buff down for some reason. Subsequent applications have worked normally.
Review of the Michelin Stealth wiper blades
Just replaced the original blades with the Michelin Stealth windshield wiper blades. Used the 26" and 16" sizes. I've always had issues with the original blades. The driver's side would seems to continuously skip and leave some moisture on the return stroke no matter the intensity of the rain. The Michelin Stealth blades really work a lot better. Don't know how long they'll last yet. The adapters they come with make the connector a little larger than the original blades but its not ugly.

I use to despise driving in the rain due to poor visibility. With rainx on all windows, my visibility has increased significantly and its no longer an issue.
At highway speeds, no need to use wipers. The harder the rain comes down, while everyone else has their wipers on max speed, the less i need to use wipers as the water sheds off faster/easier.
+1. Even in city driving speeds, rainx + intermittent wipers > wipers alone.

I wholeheartedly agree with the idea that you should probably start with a careful cleaning of the windshield and wipers. I'm always surprised how much a difference a tiny bit of bird crap, road tar, etc can make. Rain-X coating helps keep it clean for several weeks longer (or months if it doesn't rain frequently). I have used the OEM set on my '09 G37x since I got it 2 years ago, through 2 New England winters, still get a squeaky clean.
The trick is to use Denatured Alcohol, rub down the rubber wipers lightly, occassionally. Cleans the rubber of all grease and grime. Also good for cleaning windows or other surfaces Before you apply your Regi or State Inspection stickers...Rub it on, let it dry (which is done very quickly), and the stickers stay put...
What is confusing all these systems is that the coupe (at least in the system) says 17'' for passenger, while the sedan says 16". Seems like 16 is correct. I will go try and post back if there are any problems. 26A and 16A are what i'm getting
+1! Yeah, my Sprayer sucks! . Had it at Dealer for 7 Spd Tranny Reprogram and Nav Upgrade to New Maps on my 2009 G37 Sedan (purcahsed June 2012) and the sprayer was plugged. They just stuck a metal rod in it. Fixed, BUT, the 3 streams of water that spray out barely have any pressure and spray only about 1/2 of the way up on the windshield.
Bugs me! I am going to WalMart soon and will pick up a set of whatever looks the best.
