Things you wish Infiniti would add or change
A lot of the things you guys are asking to come standard aren't even available or standard on many of the other cars in the G's segment. I'm not sure about the USA but in Canada a lot of the items that are options for you guys is standard for us.
Besides the DSG from my last GTI, there are two nice touches I miss. When it's raining and the wipers are on I'd like them to stop working when I come to a full stop, and then resume when I get going. I hate when it's not raining hard and the wipers are just running over dry glass when I'm at the red light. Also every time I start the car I want the Stereo to fade in to a low volume, regardless of where it was when I shut off the car. I always leave the stereo blasting when I shut off the car, and the next morning it scares the crap out of me when I start it again.
1. TOUCH DRIVER DOOR HANDLE for easy door unlock rather than having to push the damn button. My old car had this, and I miss it tremendously.
2. Cup holders that work
3. More center console storage space
4. Fold down rear seat (or a pass-through that will fit a damn snowboard!)
5. Exterior side marker lights
6. More head room. I'm only 6', seat is all the way down, and my head occasionally hits the ceiling
7. Cooled seats
8. Heated wheel

Just wanted to mention that with Ford Focus incorporating dual-clutch, auto park, advanced media center, kia optima having heated rear seats and steering wheel, infiniti's sport and luxury features are starting to become a joke...

I actually like the button better since you can choose one unlock or all.
my wish list would be for
-Automatic side mirrors that fold down when reversing.
-I like the power in the car, just keep that but better mpg
-Smoother 6mt tranny
-Sports model to be more sporty but still hold its luxury.
-Redesign the fob so that i don't keep hitting buttons all the time >_<

I could do that in my last two cars that had touch sensors in the handle. Grab the handle for drivers door unlock, release and touch again for unlock of all doors. They also had the button for unlocking and locking just like the G.
It's been said but can't be asked for enough. I've come back to the G from a 2008 M35 to get the sportyness back and keep the luxury. The only two things I'm missing is the backup postion on the right rear view mirror and THE TIRE PRESSURE. It's nice to know that somethings wrong with the pressure... somewhere. The M would tell me which tire and how much (actual reading). That's not a high dollar item for Infiniti, come on.
