i just got off the phone with frank in service i believe he is the manager there and after a brief discussion of whats going on with my tranny he said he is going to see what he can do about a new valve body install for me. the wind noise is being taken care of from a new piece of insulation and the brake squeel is being addressed, i am happy and pleased to report thus far i have finally spoken to someone who has left me with a good feeling and that im getting the right treatment. perhaps this dealership is a stand up place after all and i may need to retract my previous statements after speaking with him.

 

ok received my third phone call today and there is a tsb for the valve body in my car and the problematic signs add up so there ordering me a new valve body and doing it up for me. now just waiting on the drive shaft issue and i shouold be good to go! thank god this is over

ya true but im just glad that i didnt get the problem couldnt be replicated BS! frank the service manager really stepped it up im happy to do business with him any day. will definitely be calling corporate to let them know he is a true gentleman.

 

got my car back and let me tell you if your having any of the problems i did with your transmission you need to get the valve body changed. my car is super quick, shifts mint and no lag whatsoever.... ds mode is crisp and clean, manual mode is crisp and clean and automatic mode is awesome. so happy that this was resolved. they fixed the rear window noise to and i dont hear that on the pkwy anymore. as for the wobble when i take off from a stop that is still there so it wasnt the throttle bodies.... must be something with the suspension or what... idk! but im happy that im back to riding nicely
