The LEDs themselves look pretty nice. But it's the fact that the design and placement of LEDs = direct copy and imitation of the E series DRL that turns people off.

I'd suggest come up with a new design and not use MB's. Otherwise, it might come off as another "wanna-be" :0

Not to mention the fact that there are several companies who are selling aftermarket LED strip lights. I've seen them on everything from a Corolla to an F-150 pick-up. JC Whitney, anyone?

 

The Lexus LEDs now look the worst. It totally looks like a strip of LED you can get at Pep Boys. Those tiny little dots, not the bigger LED lights like Audi.
