Sorry to hear man. Hope they get it resolved for ya. Not the wife's fault though... In all honesty, you shouldn't have sent her anyways.

 

Just to finish up this thread, finally got the G back end of the week. They painted and touched up where needed and it finally looks good. They still refused to fix the hood but whatever. Wish they had just done this in the first place instead of making us jump through hoops!

 

Harte had pretty dismal reviews online, so I ended up purchasing my new G37x from Herb Chambers in Massachusetts instead. It looks like I made a good decision. My condolences for your situation.
