One more thing to consider is that it has been HOT in NY (looks like your town from your signature) and almost no rain.

That's a lot of oil, etc. on the road surfaces that come to the surface and can be like ice when you only have a little bit of rain. If there isn't enough rain to wash the oil off the surface of the road it just sits there and creates really slick spots from the mixture with the little bit of water.

Could be you hit one of those areas.

Glad you are ok and go hang your boxers at half mast

I wish I had done that. THey stunk both on wet roads and in snow. I ended up replacing them with a set of S*drives for Summer and W*drives for winter. Much better.

yes...call Infiniti Consumer Affairs

P.O. Box 685003
Franklin TN 37068-5003
800.662.6200
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern / Central Time / Pacific Time
Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Central Time
Saturday

the guy I spoke with was a douche at first...he asked if the tires are defective...I said no...they are made of rubber and they are round and they haven't blown up or anything...but they are essentially defective because they suck and there have been recalls on the tire...at first, he said there was nothing they could do...I told him that I will own a nice piece of them if I get into an accident because of the inferior tires they chose to put on a high performance vehicle...he then called the dealership and had them take care of it free of charge
