I called grand prix leasing but they offered me $2,000 less for my trade in than Lagacy Inf. And their monthly payment was also a bit higher.

Was the $1,500 just the down payment? Did you also pay taxes, bank fees etc. on top of the $1,500?
Didn't get it yet - didn't have MW on black in stock

The quote is $420/mo 10K/yr 39mo 0 down, $1500 out of pocket for tags and fees. 420 includes tax. X sedan w/ prem

In that case you are getting a very decent deal

The whole "program" thing is bull$#!t. Even if a certain program has ended, another one will begin. Also the whole program deal is to let people know there is a sale and get them in the door (even if it isn't really a sale). If they want to sell a car, they can match the price even after the "program" has ended. Worst come to worst, go to the dealership at the end of the month. Towards the end... when they realize they didn't sell as many during the month, they are more willing to give a better price. They are willing to move inventory without much or even without any profit.

I pay $388/ mo, and paid around 3 grant on pickup which includes taxes ($1,400), bank fee ($600), 1st month ($388), title ($375), and the rest for dmv fees and documents.

I got the best deal I could find... but now I'm begining to think it is an average deal.

You're leaving out a big bit of info here... How much did they give you for the trade in?

I had a 02' Infiniti I35 with 99K miles. It had a small dent and a couple of scratches, but overall the car was beautiful and had lots of new parts (tires, struts, mufler, engine mounts). The bluebook value of the car is about $5,500. I've seen it sold for $5,000 - $7,000. Usually when you trae in your car, they don't give you much for it. At the leasing place they offered me less than 4K for it. Nissan of Manhattan offered me 3k and they actually thought it's a good deal and that I should take it. Legacy Infinity offered me $5,500 and I took it. Maybe I could've gotten more if I sold it myself, but it probably would take a long time.

Going of topic.... even though I love the new car, I really miss my old one. It's been a couple of months and I still think about my old car. The day I was trading it in, it was so hard. I loved that car.. so many trips so many memories and it never gave me any serious problems. It's hartbreaking. Sorta feels like I left my wife... the mother of my children..the woman who fed me and took care of me, for a younger hotter chick with bigger cans

Nice car and nice deal! Blue slate was my first choice but the dealer that gave me the best offer ($2000 under invoice) didn't have a BS Sedan available. Instead I'm getting a Graphite Shadow with lots of options. I'm excited, they're delivering it to my door tomorrow night!
