Removing the airbag stickers on the front mirrors?

I really want to pull on those ugly yellow stickers on the mirrors inside. Is there a safe way to do it without either leaving glue marks or ripping the fabric? It's pretty damn well stuck there and I don't want to pull and regret it. Anyone done it and is there any tricks to do it cleanly?

You can read this first:

https://www.myg37.com/forums/body-in...airbag+sticker

Then if you want to just add a custom sticker over it:

The search feature works wonders. This should help ya out.

i suppose so. It doesn't bother me enough to put in the time to cover it up or have it reupholstered or something like that.

it's not really a sticker dude... it's actually more like a silk screen that has been bonded to the polyester fibers by a method of heat transfer. but if you want to attempt remove cleanly then you're going to need a solvent or a lot of heat. but whatever you try to do it's gonna look like crap afterward cause it's a absorb-able cloth underneath , you're better off leaving them there.

If you do find a way to remove them, expect a visit from the mattress tag guys.
