Can you get the Infiniti brake kit aftermarket? I bought a 09 G37xS and dealer told me I can only get it on the 6MT instead of the 7AT I have. Is that true?

The "x" is the problem - no big brakes for you.

Incorrect. The BBK will fit the X with only some trimming on the rear dust shields.
