How long does it take for Infiniti to send out a card asking about owner satisfaction? The dealer I bought my car from is being amazingly unresponsive to issues I am having.

I want to give the dealership a chance to fix the problem first before naming names and giving them a searing review on the owner satisfaction survey. Although given their lack of response, I am not hopeful.

i got mine in about 2 weeks...

 

I got one for my 08 in about 1 month. I picked up my 09 on 5/31 and I have yet to received it.

 

I picked up mine on 5/30 and still have not receieved it yet.

 

Mine probably went to the wrong address, as my dealer screwed it up in their system some how. I found out when I did not get my XM radio renewal notice.

What is your issue?

 

Me too, I still have not received my XM renewal notice which was supposed to expired on 9/2. Now XM knows that I no longer have the 08 since I shut off that receiver but they were supposed to sent me a bill for the renewal of my 09 a long time ago. As soon as I they shut me off I going to try to cash in on those "Please come back to XM" notices they are still sending me about my 08.

 

Picked my new 09 up on August 27th, survey arrived in the mail 2 days ago on Sept 23.

 

I got an email one from Infiniti five days after leasing. I have yet to fill it out as I am waiting for the dealer to address an issue before I ding them for it. It will go in today though.

BTW - vacationed in Nova Scotia couple years backed and loved it!
