Cruise Set blinking while driving...

Hey all,

Just got a base 2009 G37 sedan last Thursday and I noticed yesterday after i turned the engine on the Cruise Set like will blink. It happened 3 times after 3 startups yesterday. Now it doesn't happen anymore.

I am going to take it to the dealer today to see what the problem is but does anyone know what it might be?

the car has 430 miles on it and I never used the CC yet since i was told not too until the car is broken in more.

Thanks,

Lenny

The blinking light obviously means the system is detecting a condition it doesn't like. The dealer will need to diagnose. It could be a faulty sensor or connector.

Did you turn of your traction control(vdc) ? I have a 37 with adaptive cruise comtrol.if you disable the vdc after you set your cruise it will flash.it won't allow you to run cruise with vdc off.

correction i didn;t catch the 1st part.

some people automatically turn off vdc, if you are not turning off.

You deff. have a problem, let the dealer take a crack at it.

Thats what warranty is for. good luck.
