Just got my G37xS

After almost 2 months of waiting, I finally got my G37xs yesterday in BO. I love it!! What a great car. Still can't test it's speed (keeping it under 4k RPM's) This car does not want to go slow. I did have it up to 80 today and it seemed like I was doing 50. Came from a 05 Acrua TL. Hated the new body style. Look for it parked the in the parking lot far away from others. Never had a door ding on the TL.

If you dont mind me asking, how much did you pay for your G37XS? What options were included? Did it you get it at invoice minus the 2500 or did you do better then that?

Newbie looking to buy 09 G37Xs fully loaded Automatic. Silly question, when you opt for the Sports package, do you get the cool red "S" on you trunk (next to G37X).

Congrats yld2rob on the new car. How you like the ride? After driving your new baby for a bit, is the suspension too stiff for everyday city driving? Hows the turning raduis when doing a U-turn (with my 98 maxima, I can do a U with 2 street lanes with plenty of room to spare)? Much appreciate everyone input/thoughts.

You do get an S, it's actually an xS in the back. The S is in red.

I drive mine to work everyday in Chicago, 55 miles each way, and the ride is great. Realize that the xS has the regular G37 suspension, not the tighter sport suspension.

The car is a joy to drive. It makes the daily grind much easier to take.

Indeed I drive 30 miles every day to and from chicago and Woodridge. The car is so much better to drive than my 04 Maxima. The turning radius is better, the ride is more compliant, handling is without torque steer and more precise and I have more power to get around the slow pokes. While I have some small mods planned I'm still undecided about the suspension and ride height changes.

Thanks everyone for your input. Didn't mean to hijack this thread. Going for a test drive this weekend . Was reading through this forum and saw there was promotion last month for like $2000 off. Is there some dealer incentive/promotion going on for July and how do you find out when there is a promotion. Thanks
