My G37S Journey has no in-dash CD changer!

I just notice today my G37S Journey has no in-dash CD changer. I was looking for the CD changer in the trunk like my 08xS had. Then I read that the Journey's are supposed to have an in-dash 6 disc changer. My car does not have a load button on the CD player, only an eject.

I never used the 6 Disc Changer on the 08xS but I would of use the 6 Disc in-dash one. Am I missing something or did they screw up at the factory.
Thanks.

It's not easy when one is supposedly trying to work.
I made of couple of runs to my car in the last hour. My co-workers must think
lunch did not agree with me.

Thanks.

I hated the trunk mounted CD changer in my 07 sedan. I never used it and it just made it more difficult to utilize the trunk. I'm just glad they deleted it on the 09s.

Clarification. They deleted the trunk mounted 6 CD changer for the base audio system but include an In-Dash 6CD changer unit as part of the Premium package unless you also have NAV. With NAV it's deleted and replaced with the Music Box HDD.

we were talking about the 6-disc for the trunk, not the in dash. and all non nav G sedans all had a 6-disc in dash, whether the standard clarion unit or the upgraded bose.

And I have premium with nav. Although I would of use a 6 disc changer in dash. No biggie. And I never ever once, not even to try it, used the trunk CD changer in my previous xS.

I use my in dash CD changer all the time. I don't think I could live without it.

I was a little surprised by the lack of CD changer, but then I just bought a few of those Flash cards and they do the trick. At 500 songs each, 2 cards + 1 CD (mp3s on it) is all I need. The music box would be much cooler if it let you rip anything you wanted on there but I guess they went the legally safe route.

The OP has an 09. I understand prior years had a trunk changer, but 09 only has the in-dash changer with Premium/No Nav.
