Send an email and a letter describing the damages to them. Put it in writing in order to have something admissable. I'd also take photos of the car if you haven't already. Don't rely on phone conversations as if it comes to it. It will be a he said/she said this/that argument.

Their emails should be on their website and you can also search their names on the internet and BBB.org. I'd start writing up a BBB complaint as well as the consumerist.

That's ridiculous on the paint. I'd also look into the lemon law on this kind of thing. I don't trust my dealership with washing/detailing the car either. They didn't even fill out the infiniti dealer checklist that comes in the car. This may be my first/last infiniti also as they don't seem to keep their dealers accountable to any standards--and the consumer, us, is left to work out the bs.

The horror stories on here about dealership messing up bodywork/paint make me want to take photos of the car as I drop it off for service so I get it back the same way I got it (as well as have one of those car rental car condition sheets filled out and signed by the service guys so they don't go--"it was like that before" if any damage is done).

Repaired new car is as good as used car.
I bought as NEW car, not Used, nor Damaged car.
Paid good money for it.
Once they take things apart and repaint, it'll never be the same again!

we'll see what happens

Spoke to Steve (GM of Service)

He wants to fix the car at the same body shop (that jacked up 3 times), and said everything will be "like new."
"Bumper needs little sanding, door also and repainted....Most parts can be sanded down, and you won't know that scratches/damages were there before."

Ummm... hmmmm...

The world he used.. "Like New" means I purchased used car... but I remember paying for a new car.

I should just go see my attorney on Monday.

It's about time you took some legal actions against them. Hopefully you get this all sorted out.

You need to ask for additional $$ for undue inconvenience and stress - this took MUCH too long as-is and now you have to go through a big legal procedure.......have them pay ALL lawyer fees too.

I was gonna go to Santa Monica Infiniti next week but now I'm escared to...

Yeah Santa Monica Infiniti service bay is horrible.
Infiniti consumer affairs is worthless.
Don't listen to Steve at Santa Monica because he has no idea what the hell he is talking about.
