Good thought about the staggered tires. If I go with 245/45/18 all around I will not have any speedo issues. What kind of performance increase can I expect from the air intake I am considering as well as the Unorthodox light weight pulley?

Yeah, but you have to remember you might run the risk of having wired looking wheels where the front the rubber sticks out or the back the rims stick out.

I ran G37 coupe 19's on my X during the summer time (6 months) and I had absolutely no problems w/ my AWD system. Anyway, it is your G so you can do anything you want with it...although yes, there might be consequences.
As for the 3rd Gen Stillen Intake, they say 15-17 whp...but I have my doubts.

we were talking about going with staggered size wheels on AWD.not upgrading to bigger size allaround.
If you stay with one size all around you should be golden.

Yeah, the issue is that each wheel needs the same size contact patch. Changing over to staggered tires will give the rears a wider contact patch and therefore slightly more grip. This will mess up the AWD as it works on the assumption that under normal conditions all wheels will have the same grip.

I got mine back in October. Are you thinking of the G37 Coupe? There is no G37xS Coupe, only Sedan.

I took the animal out in the snow today, and wow what a performer! Even without snow tires the car is very confidence inspiring. The traction control is a touch over cautious, but over all, I am very impressed.

Yesterday before the snow, I found an empty road for another round of 0-60 and qtr mile runs. With a great launch, I hit 60 in 5.13 seconds with the 1 ft roll out, and passed the qtr mile in 13.35 seconds @ 106.22 mph. I had about a qtr tank of gas at the time if that matters to anyone. Are my findings consistant with others on the forum?
